Also known as Ærmeling.
Nothing and something, that is what a Sleeveling is. In Denmark, we have a saying that "a dear child has many names". Not only does the Sleeveling has many names; it has many functions, too.
Sleeveling is a sleeve with a shoulder shrug, a scarf, or a sweater when knitted as a pair. There are many other possibilities, for example as a combined hat and scarf.
If you want two Sleevelings, you need two additional skeins, either in the main colour or another colour. That way, you can knit either two identical Sleevelings or two Sleevelings with a different main colour, but the same stripes.
This model is knitted with dropped stitches and stockinette stitches. If you use a circular needle, you can avoid sewing it together.
